Dreams are stories and images that our minds create while we sleep. They can be entertaining, romantic, fun, frightening, disturbing and sometimes bizarre.
Thousand of people have dreams and forget. I am also one of them but sometimes a dream left to remember.
Is it true that if you dream about someone, that person was thinking about you before he went to sleep?
OR
The person in your dream appears because you miss them?
Friends this is not a post. It's a question, a curiosity and I want to know from your side - What do you think about the dreams?

Dreams mainly occur in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep. When brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. REM sleep is revealed by continuous movement of the eyes during sleep. At times, dreams may occur during other stages of sleep. However these dreams tend to be much less memorable.
